and functionality (Website).

- Any pricing displayed on the Website is for information purposes only. Prices shown are based
on an
exchange rate of $1.00 CAD to $0.71 USD as of October 16, 2025. This information may vary as
exchange
rates are subject to change at any time. Please see the participating retailers featured on the
Website
in connection with the Program (Retailers) website for current pricing. Any questions relating
to
pricing must be directed to the applicable Retailer and not BMO.

businesses featured on the Website, are provided solely for the convenience of visitors to the
Website
in connection with the Program and do not imply the endorsement or approval of such third party

for the

English Terms shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- If you are a resident of Canada or any other jurisdiction (except the United States): To the
fullest
extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Terms or the rights and obligations of participants,
BMO or
any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Program will be governed by and
construed
in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada
applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or
provisions
that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws. The parties hereby consent to
the
exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or
otherwise
relating to) these Terms or relating to this Program.
If you are a resident of the United States: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all
issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of
these
Terms or the rights and obligations of participants, BMO or any of the other the Released Parties in
connection with the Program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State
of Illinois and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without giving effect to
any
choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other
jurisdiction's laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the
courts
located in Chicago, Illinois in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Terms or
relating
to this Program.
